If the pdf files are not encrypted, you can select the content and copy them directly. However, most of them are encrypted, Why not use a converter to convert PDF to word for easier editing?
I always convert PDF files to editable word format with AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter and edit them if necessary. From my long time experience of searching and testing, this tool supports encrypted files, batch conversion and preserves text, layouts, images and hyperlinks well. http://www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html#168
After you edit it, you can use a free PDF Creator to save word as PDF format if necessary. http://www.anypdftools.com/free-word-to-pdf-creator.html#168

  8. Silver 2 and Bee have the best idea, use a converter. I can’t understand why some dick.head gave them thumbs down. Some people are just idiots and like to complicate things where it isn’t necessary. A free converter is your best bet.
