Should I wait for a 3DTV?
Lots of people are worried about 3DTVs making theirs obsolete, and that is a definite concern. But with great TVs on the market like the UN55B8000 then the good thing is that the launch of 3DTVs will push the price of those down. You don’t need to worry about yours becoming obsolete straightaway either, it will be years before the technology is actually to a level where people will actually enjoy it and it becomes mainstream, at the moment the technology is still in its infancy and has many flaws. Instead I would snap up one of the great TVs you can get today, and then wait 5 years until 3D has been out for awhile and the TVs have come down in price and provide a better level of technology.
