Well to be honest Taylor Lautner was in pretty decent shape to begin with. It wasn’t like he was a slug and then began working out. He had the base muscle, he just needed to fill in a bit.
With a high training volume and an adequate diet, he quickly added 20 pounds of muscle. Some say he did this in less than 6 months. This is only possible if a guy is pretty young and hasn’t put on a lot of muscle in the past.
